6. Buying
6.1. Buyers are responsible for reading listings carefully before making a purchase and asking necessary questions to your seller prior to making a purchase
6.2. Dress Asian is not responsible for transactions between users.
7. Fees and Payments to Dress Asian
7.1. Dress Asian may charge fees for certain services. These fees will be clearly communicated.
7.2. Prohibited Actions: Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any practices designed to avoid or reduce listing fees.
7.3. This includes, but is not limited to:
a) Misrepresenting the value or nature of items
b) Artificially manipulating listing prices
c) Attempting to circumvent the fee structure through any means
8. Consequences of Violation
8.1. Dress Asian reserves the right to:
a) Remove any listings found to be in violation of this policy
b) Charge the correct fee retroactively for any misrepresented listings
c) Suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly violate this policy

9. Intellectual Property
9.1. Users retain ownership of the content they post on Dress Asian.
9.2. By posting content, you grant Dress Asian a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.
