Listing Fee Policy 

At Dress Asian, we strive to provide a fair and transparent fee structure for our sellers. Our listing fees are designed to support the maintenance and improvement of our platform while ensuring that selling on Dress Asian remains accessible and profitable for our community.

Listing Fee

•  We charge a 2.5% listing fee on the price you list your item for, with a minimum fee of £2.50.

What This Means

• For items listed at £100 or less, you will pay a flat fee of £2.50.
• For items listed over £100, you will pay the 2.5% fee.
• Examples:
  Item Listed for £75: You will pay a £2.50 listing fee.
  Item Listed for £300: You will pay a £7:50 listing fee (2.5%)
  Item Listed for £1000: You will pay a £25 listing fee (2.5%)

Listing Duration

• Listings Added Between January 2025 and January 2026 These listings will be valid for 6 months.
• Listings added before 31st December 2025: These listings will be valid for 3 months.

We hope your item finds a new home within the listing duration, however we know this may not always be the case. When a listing is nearing its expiration date, you will have the option to either renew it (with a discounted fee) or remove it.

Why We Charge Upfront Fees

• To market Dress Asian and bring more buyers to our sellers
• To ensure commitment from sellers and reduce spam listings
• To maintain and improve our platform

Listing Fee Policy

1. Obligation to Pay:
 Users agree to pay the correct listing fee for each item listed on Dress Asian. The fee is calculated as 2.5% of the listed selling price or £2.50, whichever is higher. If the listed price is increased after the item is posted, the seller will be required to pay any additional listing fee due, in accordance with this calculation, before the updated price can go live. If the listed price is reduced or the listing is removed, no refund will be provided for listing fees already paid.
   
2. Prohibited Actions
 Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any practices designed to avoid or reduce listing fees. This includes, but is not limited to:
   a) Misrepresenting the value or nature of items
   b) Artificially manipulating listing prices
   c) Attempting to circumvent the fee structure through any means
3. Consequences of Violation Dress Asian reserves the right to:
   a) Remove any listings found to be in violation of this policy
   b) Charge the correct fee retroactively for any misrepresented listings
   c) Suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly violate this policy
4. Monitoring and Enforcement Dress Asian may monitor user activity to ensure compliance with this policy. We reserve the right to investigate any suspicious activity related to listing fees.
5. Reporting Users are encouraged to report any suspected violations of this policy to our support team.

By using Dress Asian, users agree to abide by this Listing Fee Policy. Dress Asian reserves the right to modify this policy at any time with immediate effect.
