All transactions are peer-to-peer. Dress Asian does not provide buyer protection beyond facilitating contact and providing clear policies.
Under ‘My Listings’ in your account dashboard click on ‘Add New Listing’, then follow the prompts to upload photos, write a description, set a price, and choose your selling preferences.
We charge a 2.5% listing fee on the price you list your item for, with a minimum fee of £2.50.
What This Means:
For items listed at £100 or less, you will pay a flat fee of £2.50.
For items listed over £100, you will pay the 2.5% fee.

Consider factors like the original price, condition, and current market value. You can also check similar items on our platform for guidance.
You can arrange shipping directly with the buyer or offer local pickup. Make sure to clearly state your shipping policy in your listing.
Payment arrangements are made directly between you and the buyer, such as bank transfer, PayPal, or cash on collection for local pickups. Ensure payment is received in full before releasing the item. Dress Asian does not process payments.

Refunds or returns can only be offered if agreed between you and the buyer, in line with our Refund Policy. Dress Asian does not process or mediate refunds.
Yes, you can edit or remove your listing at any time before the item is sold.
- If you increase your listed price, you’ll need to pay the difference in the listing fee in line with our Listing Fee Policy.
- If you lower the price or remove the listing, listing fees already paid are non‑refundable.
Contact the buyer to try and resolve the situation. To avoid paying another listing fee, only mark the item as ‘Sold’ once it has been collected (or payment has been confirmed if posting). If the item remains unpaid or uncollected, you may relist it, but a new listing fee will apply. Dress Asian does not enforce sales or payments.

- Dress Asian does not handle payments for items — all payments for purchases are arranged directly between the buyer and seller.
- The only payments made to Dress Asian are listing fees from sellers, processed securely via Stripe, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
- No payment card details are stored by Dress Asian.
- All communication should be kept within our platform’s messaging system.
- Users can check reviews and feedback before transacting.
- When meeting in person to exchange an item, follow our Safety Guidelines
